About this boat

Bali 4.0 Catamaran – Comfort in a budget The Bali 4.0 is the first model in Catana Group’s revolutionary series of catamarans, designed and launched in 2016. It combines comfort and functionality. The catamaran boasts a distinctive fore cockpit, a comfortable area for relaxation with stunning views. At the aft, there is the signature “Bali-door” that flips off, creating a seamless layout that, comparing with large openings allows excellent ventilation and lighting throughout the vessel. Bali 4.0 ifeatures four double cabins, each with private heads, along with two skipper cabins, accommodating up to ten passengers comfortably. For added luxury, it also includes an XL bimini top, a spacious upper deck and sunbathing area. The new wooden details in the interior add a touch of elegance and high-end aesthetics. Other upgrades done, is new waste tanks system, generator, air-condition, water maker and inverter, allowing passengers to enjoy all the comforts of an autonomous journey.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this boat insured, and who pays for damage?
Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit. You can lower the deposit by adding the operator’s damage waiver.
How much will fuel cost?
Fuel isn't included — you return the tank full. This boat's ~80 HP engines burn roughly 6.4 L/h while motoring, so a typical week (about 3 h a day, ~21 h) works out to roughly 134 L ≈ €261 at €1.95/L — scale it to your own plans. Many skippers run one engine on passage to roughly halve fuel use — ask your operator if that’s fine for your boat.
Do I need a sailing licence in Greece?
Two crew with proof of competence are required — a skipper holding an ICC or national equivalent and a co-skipper who signs a declaration of sailing experience.
When is the best time to sail in Greece?
April–October, hot and dry with the strong northerly Meltemi wind peaking in July–August, especially across the Cyclades.
