Owner Dashboard

Everything you need to manage your boat listings, bookings, and earnings in one place.

Dashboard Overview

The owner dashboard is your central hub for managing your charter business on Charter Boats. From here you can:

View Bookings

See pending, confirmed, and past bookings

Track Earnings

Monitor revenue and payout history

Sync Calendars

Connect with other booking platforms

Manage Listings

Edit boats, photos, pricing, and availability

Managing Bookings

The Bookings page shows all reservation requests and confirmed charters. You can filter by status to see:

  • Pending — New requests awaiting your approval
  • Accepted — Approved bookings waiting for payment
  • Confirmed — Paid and ready to go
  • Completed — Past charters
  • Cancelled — Cancelled by you or the guest

Instant Book vs. Request to Book

If you enable Instant Book, guests can book immediately without your approval. With Request to Book, you review each request and decide whether to accept.

Responding to Requests

When you receive a booking request, you have 24 hours to respond. You can:

  • Accept — Guest receives payment instructions
  • Decline — Guest is notified and can book elsewhere
  • Message — Ask questions before deciding

Calendar View

The calendar shows your boat's availability at a glance. You'll see:

  • Confirmed bookings — Paid reservations (blue)
  • Pending requests — Awaiting your response (yellow)
  • Blocked dates — Unavailable periods you've set (gray)
  • External bookings — Synced from other platforms (purple)

Blocking Dates

Click any date to block it for personal use, maintenance, or other reasons. Blocked dates won't appear as available to guests.

Calendar Sync

Connect calendars from other platforms to automatically block dates when you receive bookings elsewhere. Learn more about calendar sync →

Your Boats

The Boats section lets you manage all your listings. For each boat you can:

  • Edit details — Update description, specs, amenities
  • Manage photos — Add, remove, or reorder images
  • Set pricing — Base rate, seasonal pricing, date overrides
  • Add fees — Cleaning, captain, equipment, etc.
  • Configure booking — Instant Book, min/max duration

Listing Quality Tips

  • Use high-quality photos (at least 5 images)
  • Write a detailed, honest description
  • Keep your calendar up to date
  • Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
  • Maintain a good review rating

Earnings & Payouts

The Earnings page shows your revenue and payout history. You'll see:

  • Total earnings — All-time and by period
  • Pending payouts — Upcoming transfers
  • Completed payouts — Money already in your account
  • Booking breakdown — Revenue by boat and time period

Payout Timing

Payments for MMK/Nausys bookings respect the operator's terms. Payments for direct boats are released 24 hours after the charter begins and transferred to your connected account.

Setting Up Payouts

To receive payouts, you'll need to connect your bank account through Stripe. Go to Settings → Payments to set this up.
