Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. At least one crew member must hold a recognised sailing licence (ICC or national equivalent) plus a VHF/SRC radio operator certificate, both checked on arrival.

Yes. A guest who can't travel may be replaced by another person, as long as you let us know at least 7 days before departure. Any costs caused by the substitution will be passed on to the guest who's stepping out.
