Gaios port (Paxos island)

Gaios is the main harbour of Paxos and sits in a naturally sheltered channel between the island and two small islets, giving it a lagoon-like feel that's unlike any typical Greek port. You'll find the island's main town right on the waterfront — tavernas, shops, and cafés are all within a short stroll of where you tie up. It sits roughly halfway along the northeast coast of Paxos in the Ionian Sea, with clear turquoise water and lush hillside greenery framing the whole scene.
