Karacasogut

Tucked away just 25 km from Marmaris, Karacasöğüt is a quietly charming village anchorage with a wooden pier handling up to 15 boats, set beside a freshwater stream where the depths shallow quickly toward shore. Laid moorings make tying up straightforward, and the surrounding pine-covered hills give the place a secluded, away-from-it-all feel that busier marinas simply can't match. The village itself was largely rebuilt after devastating fires, giving it a raw, unhurried character you won't find in the polished resort towns nearby.
