A quirky little museum near Panjim opposite the casino that traces the history of Indian Customs and Central Excise from ancient times. The real draw is the 'Gallery of Wits', which showcases the wild and creative ways smugglers tried to dodge customs duty — and how they got caught. At around 10 INR entry, it's basically free, and surprisingly fascinating for how niche the subject matter is.
