50 Kaló is one of only six pizzerias in all of Italy to earn a spot in the Michelin Guide, and it's right here in Naples where the dish was born. Chef Ciro Salvo is a Slow Food ambassador for Neapolitan pizza, turning out large, pillowy pies with that signature soft dough you can only really get right in this city. No reservations, so just show up and join the queue — it's worth it.
