Parking

Mykonos has a few solid free parking options worth knowing about — the Fabrika lot near the old slaughterhouse on the south-east edge of town is the largest, putting you about a 5-minute walk from the centre. There's also a big waterfront lot right by the Old Port on the Tagoo side, and a Park & Ride at Kladissos that runs a shuttle every 20 minutes. Free parking on a Greek island is genuinely rare, so these spots fill up fast in summer — get there early.
