Tucked into Pula's historic centre on De Villeov uspon, this former church turned gallery is one of the more atmospheric exhibition spaces you'll come across. The Church of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary now hosts rotating exhibitions — past shows have included work by the celebrated sculptor Ivan Meštrović. The vaulted interior gives whatever's on display a real gravitas that a standard white-cube gallery just can't match.
