If you're heading to Simpson Bay Beach and not staying nearby, your best bet is the parking lot in the Pelican area, tucked between La Vista and the Hilton Grand Vacations Flamingo Beach hotel. It's one of the few accessible spots that gets you close to the beach without much hassle.
