Seawall Promenade

The Malecón is a 5-kilometer oceanfront walkway stretching from the Paseo del Prado all the way to the Punta Gorda peninsula — and it's the main artery connecting the two. Colorful colonial buildings, swaying palms, street musicians, and locals fishing off the seawall make this one of those walks you'll want to do slowly, especially around sunset when the Caribbean light hits just right. It's completely free and gives you a real feel for everyday life in Cienfuegos.
