Tucked into the upper part of the old city, this museum was built by Catherine de Medici and offers a surprisingly charming dive into regional history — including the origins of the famous Cassoulet. It's on the smaller side, so you won't need long, but the exceptional views over the Grand Bassin and the Montagne Noire alone make the trip worthwhile.
