The Ethnographic Museum tucked into Grad Split gives you a genuine look at Dalmatian heritage — think traditional costumes, embroidery, jewelry, and weapons that tell the story of how people actually lived here. It's a surprisingly rich collection for the small 3€ entry fee, open Monday to Friday from 9am. Skip it and you'll miss one of the more honest cultural stops in the old town.
