About this boat

Don't tell mama is a 2025 Azimut Atlantis 45, a yacht that embodies the essence of sporty style and Italian luxury in the open cruiser category. It combines breathtaking design, exceptional comfort, innovative solutions, and thrilling performance, making every cruise from Marina di Stabia to the most iconic destinations an unforgettable experience. This contemporary and sporty designed yacht measures approximately 14.6 meters in length and 4.25 meters in width, offering ample space to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests for day trips. Powered by two potent Volvo Penta IPS 650 engines delivering 480 HP each, it ensures smooth, efficient, and incredibly maneuverable navigation thanks to the IPS system with joystick control. The cockpit is the heart of outdoor living: a large aft sunbathing area invites relaxation, while the dinette with table and seating is perfect for alfresco lunches and dinners, served by an external wet bar equipped with a grill, sink, and refrigerator. The hardtop with an opening roof provides shelter from sun and wind, allowing enjoyment of the open air in all conditions. The spacious hydraulic stern platform facilitates access to the sea, transforming into a veritable private beach area. The Fusion audio system, equipped with Bluetooth connectivity and multiple speakers, allows you to enjoy your favorite music in different areas of the boat. At the bow, a second generous sunpad offers additional space to relax and enjoy the cruise. Below deck, the "Atlantis 45" surprises with its bright and spacious interiors, offering a level of comfort rarely found in a sporty open yacht. It features two separate cabins (a master cabin forward and a guest cabin midship, often with modular beds) and two full bathrooms with separate showers. High-quality finishes, premium materials, and meticulous attention to detail create a refined and welcoming atmosphere. Onboard amenities include air conditioning throughout, a Smart TV, adjustable LED lighting, underwater lights, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The "Atlantis 45" is a high-performing and versatile yacht, with a cruising speed of approximately 28 knots and a maximum speed of around 35 knots, consuming approximately 130 liters per hour at cruising speed. It is ideal for exploring Capri, the Amalfi Coast, Ischia, and Procida, with departures from its base in Salerno or other requested ports. Frequently Asked Questions

Is this boat insured, and who pays for damage?
Yes — every boat on charter.boats is insured by its operator; we require it. The policy covers the vessel for fire, collision and third-party liability. You're only responsible for damage it doesn't cover, and that's capped at the security deposit.
How much will fuel cost?
Fuel isn't included, and on a powerboat it's the biggest variable cost. At a typical planing cruise this boat's 650 HP engine burn roughly 98 L/h — about €191 an hour at €1.95/L. It depends heavily on speed: easing off the throttle cuts it sharply, running flat out raises it. Plan your fuel around the hours and speed you expect to cruise.
Do I need a sailing licence in Italy?
The skipper needs a valid sailing licence and VHF certificate, ideally issued by their country of residence (an ICC is widely accepted).
Can anyone charter the boat without a skipper?
Bareboat charters without a skipper are offered to experienced sailors only. If you would like to sail unaccompanied, we will expect you to demonstrate the relevant experience.
