Marina de Cascais is the largest marina on the Portuguese Riviera and one of the top three in the country, sitting right in the heart of a town with a palace, a fortress, and winding cobblestone streets worth exploring on foot. The vibe here is polished but relaxed — docking services are top-notch, and you're only a 40-minute train ride from Lisbon if you want to dip into the city. Genuinely hard to beat as a base on the Atlantic coast.
