Casa de Santa María Viewpoint

This mirador sits right next to one of the most photographed spots in Cascais — a 19th-century stately home perched on the coastline beside a small cove and a little lighthouse. You get a sweeping view that takes in the harbor, the rocks, and the sea all at once, and the Casa itself is covered in stunning traditional Portuguese tilework. It's the kind of place where you just stop walking and stare for a while.
