Saco do Céu Anchorage in Saco do Céu, Brazil

Saco do Céu Anchorage

✨ Hidden gem

Tucked into the NW corner of Enseada da Estrela bay, Saco do Céu is a landlocked cove that offers some of the most sheltered anchoring in the entire Angra dos Reis region — drop the hook in 6–9 meters and you're well set. The still, mirror-like water and surrounding green hills give it an almost otherworldly calm that makes it hard to leave. Watch the shallow patch near the middle of the cove when positioning yourself.
