Black Bay Anchorage

✨ Hidden gem

Black Bay is a striking anchorage fronting a volcanic black sand beach in Saint John, with generally solid holding ground. Fair warning though — wind, current, and swell can all pull at your boat from different directions, so don't be surprised if you spin a full 360° (and not in sync with your neighbors). It's a quieter, more raw alternative to busier spots on Grenada's west coast, worth it for the dramatic setting alone.
