Anse des Pitons

You moor (anchoring isn't permitted) directly beneath the iconic twin Piton peaks, a UNESCO World Heritage site that rises dramatically from the water's edge — it's one of the most jaw-dropping settings you'll find on a mooring ball anywhere in the Caribbean. The surrounding area gives you easy access to Soufrière town, the drive-in volcano at Sulphur Springs, and lush rainforest trails. Expect mooring fees collected by local boat boys, and keep your eye out for snorkeling spots along the volcanic shoreline nearby.
