Badia de Sóller
Drop the hook in 5–10m over mud and sand in the SW sector of this stunning natural harbour, tucked into the northwest coast of Mallorca and ringed by the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. The entrance is narrow at around 100m wide, so take it steady, but once inside you'll find a sheltered, calm spot well clear of the ferry channel and marina traffic. The setting is seriously dramatic — the old town of Sóller is a short ride away by historic tram, with great restaurants, the Picasso-stocked Museu de Sóller, and an unhurried Mallorcan vibe that's hard to beat.
