Baie de Tadoussac

Drop anchor in the confluence of the St. Lawrence River and Saguenay Fjord, one of Quebec's most dramatic natural settings. Tadoussac's bay puts you right in prime whale-watching territory — beluga, minke, and fin whales pass through from May to October, with September being the peak. The tiny 800-person village onshore has a real end-of-the-road character, with whale-watching excursions, hiking, and some of the most striking scenery on the entire St. Lawrence coast.
