Bakarvågen

Bakarvågen is a sheltered inlet where you can drop anchor and take in the quiet surroundings of the Norwegian coastline. It has a working, no-frills character — the bay is home to Viknes Boat and Motor AS, a professional boat service yard with a travel lift, so it's more of an operational waterway than a scenic hideaway. Good to know if you're in need of technical help nearby, but don't expect a social atmosphere here.
