You're anchoring off Banavie at the western end of the Caledonian Canal, where the famous Neptune's Staircase — the longest flight of canal locks in Britain — is practically on your doorstep. The scenery here is genuinely spectacular, with Ben Nevis dominating the skyline and the surrounding area of Corpach and Caol offering great walking and cycling if you want to stretch your legs ashore.
