Beykoz Anchorage

Beykoz sits on the Asian shore of the Bosphorus, giving you a front-row seat to one of the world's most dramatic waterways with constant ship traffic and sweeping views across to the European side. It's a surprisingly peaceful hook despite the busy strait, and the town behind the anchorage has genuine local character — fish restaurants, a historic fountain square, and none of the tourist gloss you'd find further south. Hold is generally good, but keep an eye on the strong Bosphorus currents when setting your anchor.
