Arzal sits at the mouth of the River Vilaine, just upstream of the tidal sea lock (Le Barrage) that marks the gateway between the river and the open sea — making this the first marina you'll hit coming in from the coast, around 6 nautical miles from open water. The setting is genuinely scenic, with the river winding through Morbihan countryside in a way that feels a world apart from busier Breton ports. The marina serves both the Arzal and Camoël sides of the river and has a full capitainerie on hand.
