Buckle Island Harbor

Drop anchor at this 84-acre preserved island tucked into the western shore of Swan's Island, where Jericho Bay meets York Narrows. The harbor is narrow and secluded, so you'll want to arrive early — it starts to feel tight with more than 3–4 boats swinging on the hook. No fires, no camping, just a quiet anchorage with picnic spots and some of the most intimate, undisturbed views you'll find on this stretch of the Maine coast.
