Cala d'Alga Putrica

Cala d'Alga Putrica is a quietly beautiful anchorage tucked into a small sandy bay within the Désert des Agriate, one of Corsica's most untouched coastal stretches. You drop anchor off a little beach backed by maquis scrubland, with the ancient stone shepherd huts (pagliaghji) of Ghignu visible on the hillside above. It's remote, raw, and sees far fewer crowds than the more famous Agriate beaches — exactly what makes it worth seeking out.
