Calanque d'Anthéor

Drop anchor in this intimate little cove tucked into the Esterel massif, where the volcanic red rock cliffs meet strikingly clear, colourful water — ideal for snorkelling and jumping off the low rocks. It's a bit of a hidden gem, so expect fewer crowds than the bigger spots nearby. The dramatic red-rock backdrop against the blue water makes it one of the more photogenic anchorages along this stretch of coast.
