Cane Malu Bay

Cane Malu is a genuinely wild stretch of Sardinian coastline just north of Bosa Marina along the SP49 toward Alghero, where ancient lava flows meet the sea to form natural rock pools and a cave-backed swimming hole carved right into the cliffs. A 10–15 minute walk across broad volcanic slabs gets you there, and once you arrive you'll find a spot that feels almost completely untouched — small tidal pools for lounging, a larger pool with a partial cave overhead, and zero tourist infrastructure to speak of. Bring everything you need, because that's exactly the point.
