Christiansø Havn

Christiansø Havn is one of Denmark's most extraordinary harbours, sitting on a tiny fortified island that feels like it's frozen in the 17th century — a real living relic with its own small community, old stone towers, and no cars anywhere. The harbour is split into a north and south section by a swing bridge, both welcoming you with around 60 berths. Some 40,000 people make the trip here each year via ferry from Bornholm, so you'll want to time your arrival well in summer.
