Fishcombe Cove

Drop anchor off this quietly spectacular little cove on the outskirts of Brixham, where tall red cliffs wrap around a small shingle beach backed by woodland. It's a genuinely tucked-away spot that sees far less action than nearby Brixham Harbour, and the award-winning eco beach hut café right on the shore is a great reason to take the dinghy in. The surrounding cliffs and trees give it a sheltered, almost secret feel.
