Genner Bugt

Genner Bugt is a strikingly scenic four-kilometre bay cutting deep into hilly terrain about 10 kilometres northeast of Aabenraa — and the depth holds surprisingly close to shore, which makes for excellent cod fishing right from the water's edge. Drop the hook here and you'll find reliably good holding ground, especially toward the western end. It's quiet, sheltered, and genuinely beautiful — the kind of anchorage you end up staying in longer than planned.
