Slips are open to boats under 40 feet with a draft less than 10 feet, and you get up to 36 hours at no cost (no more than 3 days within any 30-day window). Just know there's no electric, water, or pump-out on the dock, so come prepared. It's a great base for exploring Portsmouth's waterfront, historic district, and the quick ferry hop across to Norfolk.
