Île de Penfret Anchorage

Penfret is one of the Glénan archipelago's most loved anchorages, calm and genuinely beautiful, with a superb sandy beach backed by unspoiled island scenery. You're sheltered anywhere from northeast through south and round to southwest, making Anse du Phare especially reliable for an overnight if the wind has any north or east in it. Drop anchor on sand only — the islands sit within a protected marine area, so keep it clean and light.
