İnlice is a public beach tucked between Fethiye and Göcek, about 6km from Göcek, where you can anchor off and swim in beautifully clear water. The entry is a little rocky underfoot but the sea more than makes up for it. It's a relaxed, no-fuss spot — run by a local school on behalf of the municipality, with sun loungers and umbrellas available on shore at reasonable prices.
