Jachthaven De Mars is a family-run marina and campsite tucked into the Rhederlaag recreation area on the edge of the Veluwe, open from April through mid-October. You're surrounded by some 400 hectares of water here, making it a great base if you want to mix sailing with a relaxed, campsite-by-the-water kind of stay. It's run as a family operation, so the vibe is welcoming and low-key rather than corporate.
