Jussarö is a fascinating stop — this former military island now serves as a guest marina with a genuinely wild, historically layered atmosphere. The base was once off-limits, and you can still explore its abandoned structures as a protected site. The marina offers reasonable shelter, particularly from north and south, and the island itself has old mining history that gives it a character you won't find in your average harbour.
