Monkey Beach

At the far left end of Ao Nang Beach, near the Centara Grand Hotel, a short jungle trail winds up and over the headland with surprisingly good sea views for such a modest hike. Monkeys are everywhere here — they gather around a small roadside shrine where locals leave offerings, and they're bold enough to get close. The trail links over to the quieter Pai Plong Beach on the other side, making it worth the 15-minute walk if you're anchored nearby.
