Orient by the Sea sits on North Road in Orient, right at the far eastern tip of the North Fork, making it one of the most remote and scenic marinas on Long Island's Sound-facing shore. The setting is genuinely peaceful, with open water views and easy access to the Cross Sound Ferry Terminal just down the road if you're heading to New London. Note that this location has been reported as permanently closed, so call ahead before making the trip out.
