Oxwich Bay
Oxwich Bay is a sweeping sandy bay on the south side of the Gower Peninsula, where you can drop anchor and swim ashore to one of Wales's most beautiful beaches. The setting is genuinely stunning — backed by woodland and dunes, with calm, clear waters that make for easy swimming. There are a couple of small shops near the beach selling food and drinks, and the historic Oxwich Castle is a short walk away.
