Plage Caruchettu

Drop anchor off Plage Caruchettu, a fine sandy beach with rocky outcrops sitting about 900m from L'Île-Rousse's town centre, accessed from the Promenade A Marinella. From the water, you get a lovely view back toward the old town and the La Pietra peninsula with its Genoese watchtower. It's a quieter alternative to the more central beaches, with the added bonus of being a solid jumping-off point for hiking trails toward the wilder Saleccia beach.
