Plage de la pointe

Drop the hook off Pointe de Combrit and you'll have a front-row seat to the mouth of the Odet river, with the 1885 lighthouse standing guard right on the headland. It's a wonderfully scenic spot, sitting at the edge of a coastline that mixes sandy beaches, woodland, and the calm waters where river meets sea. The pretty village of Sainte-Marine is just behind the point, so a dinghy ashore opens up a classic Breton village worth exploring.
