Porat

Porat is a small anchorage on the island of Krk where you drop the hook and take in the kind of unhurried, village-edge atmosphere that's getting harder to find on this coast. The surrounding area is low-key and green, with the Adriatic providing a calm, sheltered spot to swing at anchor. It's a great jumping-off point for exploring the quieter northern reaches of Krk, well away from the busier tourist hubs.
