Port de Sauzon

Drop the hook off Sauzon and you've got one of Belle-Île's most charming fishing villages right at your doorstep — colourful houses stacked above a lively little quay, with bakeries and bars a short row ashore. The harbour office on Quai Guerveur (VHF 9) can sort you out with free tourist maps, bus and tide schedules if you call ahead. It's a scenic, well-sheltered spot to spend a night on the hook.
