Praia da Area de Ríos

Praia da Area de Ríos is a twin-river beach on the Galician coast where two rivers meet the sea at either end of the shoreline, giving you both fresh and saltwater swimming in one spot. You anchor off and come ashore to find a stretch of Atlantic beach that still feels genuinely wild — unhurried and largely uncommercialised. The rivers are shallow and calm enough to wade and explore upstream, which makes this anchorage worth lingering at.
