Psarou Bay

You'll find this protected cove on the north side of historic Psara island, where the crystal-clear Aegean waters create a perfect natural harbor. The bay offers excellent shelter from prevailing winds while keeping you close to the island's fascinating naval history - Psara was once a major maritime power during the Greek War of Independence. The surrounding landscape is ruggedly beautiful with traditional Cycladic architecture dotting the hillsides above the water.
