Rumelifeneri sits at the very northern tip of the European side of the Bosphorus, where the strait opens into the Black Sea — about as dramatic an anchorage position as it gets. You're dropping anchor off a traditional fishing village that's been here for centuries, with a 17th-century lighthouse, an old castle known as Topçu Kalesi, and the Sarı Saltuk Türbesi all within reach ashore.
