Salt Island Bay

✨ Hidden gem

Salt Island Bay is a quiet, almost forgotten anchorage on the south side of Salt Island, best known for sitting right above the wreck of the RMS Rhone — one of the Caribbean's top dive sites. You can drop the hook here and be in the water exploring the 1867 shipwreck within minutes. The island itself is largely uninhabited, giving the whole place an eerie, off-the-beaten-path feel that's rare in the BVI.
