Schleimünde Marina
Schleimünde sits at the mouth of the Schlei fjord and is only reachable by water, giving it a genuinely remote, end-of-the-world feel. A sandbar guards the entrance to this tiny harbour, which is framed by dunes, reeds, and a striking red-and-white lighthouse on the Lotseninsel. Note that drinking water and waste disposal are currently not available on site, so come prepared. There's a playground, a rocky beach, and a pier stretching out to a green-and-white lighthouse — plus sweeping views across the Baltic that make the detour well worth it.
