Sedef Island Anchorage
✨ Hidden gem
Sedef is the quietest and least-visited of the Princes' Islands, sitting just beyond the more famous Büyükada in the Sea of Marmara. You can drop anchor in the sheltered western and northwestern coves, where the pine-covered ridge blocks the wind and keeps the water unusually calm. The island has a sleepy, old-money villa feel — no cars, just a handful of summer houses and a small sandy beach that's easy to reach by dinghy.
